Principal Owners
Yes, Kleinfeld Bridal boasts the largest selection of wedding dresses in the world. The store is located in Midtown Manhattan. They carry mostly designer brands, but they also have some budget brands, but yes, you will definitely find a huge selection of couture gowns at the store. Kleinfeld's has been in business for more than 60 years and is now a world-renowned institution. Kleinfeld's recently made the move from Brooklyn to Manhattan. The world-famous bridal emporium will move its operations with all employees to 110 West 20th Street, just a few steps west of Sixth Avenue in the heart of Manhattan's Chelsea district, at which time it will close the Brooklyn store. The spectacular, newly-designed space is expected to open for business in mid-July.
According to Kleinfeld co-owner Ronald Rothstein, the company had been looking for larger quarters in order to accommodate its expanding business, and to continue its tradition of individualized attention that is Kleinfeld's signature. "After an exhaustive search throughout Brooklyn and the greater New York area, we at last found the perfect space in Manhattan," explained Rothstein. "The new Kleinfeld location will be dramatically more spacious and elegant, but one thing that will not change is our focus on our customer, which is the magic behind Kleinfeld." As always, customer visits to the Manhattan flagship will be by appointment only. It is expected that the central Manhattan location will draw more international customers as well as more brides from areas including Baltimore, Boston, Philadelphia and Washington, DC.
